The first step in this process is to identify our skills. This involves taking the time to reflect on our strengths and weaknesses, and making a comprehensive list of the skills we possess. However, it is important to note that not all skills are created equal. There will be five to seven skills that are particularly relevant and valuable depending on our career stage. By identifying these key skills, we can focus our efforts on improving in these areas and becoming experts in them.
